Vacuum Chill Seal

Non-GMO whole soybeans pass through dual optical sorters to eliminate cracked hulls and foreign material before continuous temperature-monitored hydrators.

Continuous pressurized steam cooks the soy slurry rapidly, deactivating lipoxygenase enzymes to prevent chalky off-notes while preserving natural protein solubility.

Coagulated curds transfer into pneumatic continuous presses that meter out whey evenly, locking in tender paneer-like bite across standard block profiles.

Precision-cut blocks enter high-barrier vacuum bays submerged in rapid chill baths, stabilizing core temperature at 4°C for unbroken cold-chain dispatch.

Sanitary Control

Automated In-Place Sanitization

Between production runs, automated Clean-in-Place systems cycle food-grade caustic wash and pressurized hot water through all coagulation vessels and transfer lines without human intervention.

In-house lab technicians pull samples from every batch to verify microbial safety, curd tensile strength, and moisture retention before dispatch release.
